Privacy notice
This site collects very little. It uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views and clicks on outbound links, which sets cookies in your browser. There are no forms, no accounts, no ads, and we don't sell data. BW Digital BV in Belgium is the data controller, and you have full rights under the GDPR.

What does this site collect?
Only analytics. This is a static website: there are no forms to fill in, no accounts to create, no comments, and no newsletter sign-up. We never ask for your name or email.
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-X447S4ZVN8) to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies in your browser and records:
- which pages you view and how you arrived (for example, from a search engine);
- clicks on links that leave this site, such as links to an app’s website;
- general technical details your browser shares, like device type, browser, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
Google processes this data on our behalf. We use the reports to see which pages are useful and which need work.
Where is the site hosted?
On Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
What don’t we do?
We don’t show ads. We don’t sell, rent or trade your data. We don’t build profiles of visitors or pass anything to wedding vendors.
What is our legal basis?
We process analytics data on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding which pages are useful and keeping the comparison accurate. Google Analytics loads on every page; you can object at any time by blocking it (see below). Hosting data is processed on our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
What are your rights?
Under the GDPR you can:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to erase it;
- object to its processing, including analytics;
- complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority at gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
Email privacy@bestweddingplanningapps.com for any of these. Because we don’t collect names or emails, we may need details such as your browser and the date of your visit to find analytics data linked to you.
How can you block Google Analytics?
You have a few options:
- block or delete cookies in your browser settings;
- use a browser or extension that blocks trackers;
- install Google’s opt-out browser add-on, which stops Google Analytics on every site you visit.
The site works the same either way.
