Privacy: what happens to your data?

When you message a vendor, WeddingWire passes your information and message to that vendor. The app also prompts you to message several similar vendors at once. WeddingWire's privacy policy (effective Jan 10, 2025) allows sharing within the 'WW family of companies' (WeddingWire is a brand of The Knot Worldwide), with partners for their marketing, and with third-party ad technology that can show you tailored ads across other sites and apps, with a 'Do Not Sell My Personal Information' opt-out. Apple's privacy label lists contact info, user content, identifiers, usage data and diagnostics as data that may be used to track you.
